The Andover Police Relief Association is to benefit the sworn employees of the Andover Police Department, as well as their widows and orphans, in times of need. Formed in 1950 as a 501(c)(9) fraternal beneficiary society and voluntary employees' beneficiary association, the organization serves as a critical safety net for local law enforcement families. It is structured to provide direct financial support and relief when a member faces hardship due to: Disability, Accidents, Retirement, and Death.  Each donation to APRA helps fund ongoing efforts in support of officers and their families in need throughout the Andover Community.
